This Shipping Policy explains how we ship orders and offer local pickup for Up North Minnesota Merch.

Processing time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak seasons or special drops, processing may take longer. You’ll receive a confirmation when your order is placed and another when it ships (for shipped orders).

Shipping rates and free shipping

• Free shipping on qualifying orders over $75 (before taxes and after applicable discounts), unless otherwise noted at checkout.
• Orders under $75 are charged shipping at checkout based on destination and method.

Delivery estimates

Once shipped, most U.S. orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery times are estimates only and can vary by carrier, weather, and destination.

Where we ship

We currently ship nationwide within the United States. If international shipping becomes available, details will be shown at checkout.

Local pickup

Free local pickup is available in Pequot Lakes, Minnesota. Select local pickup at checkout when offered, and we’ll confirm when your order is ready. Please bring your order confirmation.

Order tracking

For shipped orders, tracking information is emailed when available. If you don’t receive tracking within a few business days after the estimated ship window, contact us.

Lost, delayed, or damaged shipments

If a package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, email us with your order number and photos (for damage). We’ll work with the carrier and help resolve the issue with a replacement or refund when appropriate.

Incorrect address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an address entered incorrectly. Additional shipping fees may apply to reship.
