How much is shipping and how long does it take?
Orders ship nationwide within 3–5 business days via USPS. Shipping is a flat rate calculated at checkout, and orders over $75 ship FREE — you'll see it applied automatically at checkout.
Do you offer local pickup?
Yes! Free local pickup is available in Northern Minnesota. Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout and we'll email you when your order is ready, along with pickup details.
What is your return policy?
If something isn't quite right, reach out within 14 days of delivery. Unworn, unwashed items in original condition can be returned or exchanged. Personalized and custom items are final sale.
How do I find the right size?
Each product page lists available sizes. Our apparel runs true to size with a relaxed, cozy fit. If you're between sizes or unsure, email us — we're happy to help you choose.
How long until my order is processed?
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days. During markets and the holidays it may take a little longer, but we'll always keep you updated by email.
Do you take custom orders?
